Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Refund Policy:
1.1 Doctor Consultations & Blood Tests:
1.1.1 If you need to cancel doctor consultation or blood test, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund.
1.1.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment of the consultation or blood test may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the fee.
1.2 Workshops and Events:
1.2.1 For workshops and events, a refund may be provided if the cancellation is made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
1.2.2 Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled date of the workshop or event will not be eligible for a refund.
1.3 Subscription Plans:
1.3 For subscription plans, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not accessed any premium content or services during that time.
1.4 If you have accessed premium content or services during the first 14 days of your subscription, the refund will be prorated based on the portion of the subscription period used.
2. Cancellation Policy:
2.1 Doctor Consultation or Blood Tests:
2.1.1 To reschedule a doctor consultation or Blood Test, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the session. Only 1 reschedule is allowed per booking.
2.2 Workshops and Events:
2.2.1 To cancel your participation in a workshop or event, please notify us at least seven (7) days before the scheduled date.
2.3 Subscription Plans:
2.3.1 You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the subscription period.
3. Refunds and Processing:
3.1 All refund requests must be made via email to [support@superyouclub.com]. Please provide your full name, date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
3.2 Refunds will be processed within 5-14 business days from the date of the refund request approval.
3.3 Refund processing will depend on the payment method.
4. Changes to the Policy:
4.1 Super You Club reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
